Jiahua-Block polyether

Introduction:

Block polyether is a kind of nonionic surfactant, which is mainly composed of ethylene oxide, propylene oxide or other olefin oxides and initiated by some active hydrogen containing compounds. It is often used as emulsifier, quenching agent, defoamer, detergent, etc.

According to their polymerization methods, they can be divided into three types: whole block, hetero block, and all hetero block. Block polyethers are a major category of non-ionic surfactants, which have stable physical and chemical properties, multiple effects, and a wide range of applications.

At present, Jiahua's conventional products include: l44 series, l61 series, l62 series, l64 series, l81 series, PD series, AEP series, etc.

Features:

1. As a low-foaming detergent or defoamer. L61, L64, used to formulate low foam, high detergency synthetic detergent; L61 is used as defoamer in papermaking or fermentation industry;

2. Polyethers have low toxicity and are often used as pharmaceutical excipients and emulsifiers; they are often used in oral, nasal sprays, eye, ear drops and shampoos.

3. Polyether is an effective antistatic agent, and L44 can provide lasting electrostatic protection for synthetic fibers.

4. Polyether is used as a dispersant in emulsion coatings. L62 and L64 can be used as pesticide emulsifier, coolant and lubricant in metal cutting and grinding. Used as a lubricant during rubber vulcanization.

5. Polyether can be used as crude oil demulsifier, L64, can effectively prevent the formation of hard scale in oil pipelines, and can be used for secondary oil recovery.

6. L-64 is mainly used in wool spinning industry, as wool protective agent, adding about 0.3% in wool carbonization process can reduce wool scale damage, enhance single fiber strength by 10%, and reduce spinning end breakage rate by 10%.

7. PD720 and PD740 are polyethers and defoamers that play a lubricating role in fully synthetic cutting fluids.

8. AEP53 is used as a low-foaming emulsifier in the textile industry and a low-foaming emulsifier used in industrial cleaning agents.
