Introduction to monomer chemicals of the optimized ethanolamine and water reducer

Alcohol amine is the main raw material of cement grinding aids. The product can improve the grinding effect and performance of cement, significantly increase the cement output per hour, cement strength at each age, and improve its fluidity. Products include:

1. TEA triethanolamine

 It can reduce energy consumption in cement production, increase production capacity per hour, and improve the early strength of cement and fly ash products. In addition, textile printing and dyeing, leather, glass and metal processing, exhaust gas absorption, polyurethane, cosmetics, washing, glue, oil, waterproof paint, anti-corrosion paint, pesticide, antifreeze, air filter and other fields have been applied.

2. DEIPA diethyl monoisopropanolamine

 The new raw materials of grinding aids can improve the comprehensive performance of the product cement and significantly improve the early strength and late strength of the cement.

3. TIPA Triisopropanolamine

 It is widely used in cement grinding aids, mainly to improve the late strength of finished cement.

4. EDIPA ethylene diisopropylamine amine

 It is used as cement grinding aid to reduce production energy consumption and increase unit time output. It can also improve the comprehensive performance of cement.

Monomers of water reducing agent are used to synthesize mother liquor of polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent with different functions and put into the concrete admixture market. Products include:

1. SPEG, methyl allyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether

Polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent used in concrete can increase workability and improve water reducing effect by up to 40%. Polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent can improve the fluidity of concrete, and is widely used in large reinforced concrete structures and precast concrete products, so that concrete can be prefabricated in advance, and its strong water reducing capacity makes concrete reach early strength effect and improve the castability, improve the quality, workability and shorten the construction period of concrete.

2. TPEG, Isopentenol Polyoxyethylene Ether

Polyether monomer with conventional structure is an important raw material of the third generation polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducer. This product forms a copolymer (PCE) through free radical initiation copolymerization with acrylic acid. It is different from the traditional water reducer in that it is based on a unique carboxylic ether polymer with side chains, which greatly improves the dispersion of cement. It has the characteristics of high water reduction rate, good reinforcement effect, good durability, high cost performance ratio, and environmental friendliness, and is widely used in pre mixed concrete and cast-in-situ concrete.

3. EPEG, polyether monomer with new structure

Polyether monomer with new structure is an important raw material of functional polycarboxylic acid water reducer. Due to its special structure, its double bond reaction activity is higher than that of general polyether monomers, and it is easier to conduct polymerization; On the other hand, it also reduces the space resistance of polyether side chain molecule swing, increases the degree of freedom of polyether side chain swing, and improves the encapsulation and entanglement of polyether side chain. The polycarboxylic acid water reducer thus synthesized has higher adaptability, especially for projects with poor aggregate and cement, and high requirements for concrete performance.
