The first phase of the 120000 ton TPU project of Jiahua Shanghai Fujia phase III plant has been completed and officially put into operation in mid March this year. The TPU project of Shanghai Fujia phase III plant has a design capacity of 120000 tons, including polyether based TPU and polyester based TPU, which can meet the downstream extrusion and injection molding processing conditions. The product types cover most of the TPU applications in the market, including electronic sheath, shoe material, industrial belt, seals, special-shaped parts, film, pneumatic pipe, wire and cable, high-pressure transmission hose, fire hose, modified rubber coating and other downstream application scenarios.
As a new elastomer material, TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer) has excellent wear resistance, high tension, high tension, strength and aging resistance. It can be reused by thermoplastic processing, and the production process does not involve waste water and waste gas. It is a mature environmental protection material. At present, TPU has been widely used in medical and health, electronic and electrical appliances, industry and sports. It has the characteristics of high strength, good toughness, wear resistance, cold resistance, oil resistance, water resistance, aging resistance, climate resistance and so on, which are unmatched by other plastic materials. At the same time, it has many excellent functions, such as high water resistance, moisture permeability, wind resistance, cold resistance, antibacterial, mildew resistance, heat preservation, UV resistance and energy release.
Jiahua Fujia phase III plant TPU project phase I project adds three production lines, with an additional capacity of 20000 tons / year. It mainly produces polyester based TPU, which is suitable for injection molding and extrusion processing. The application scenarios that the products can meet include: electronic sheath, general injection molding, pneumatic pipe, bellows, shoe materials, seals, industrial belts, etc.
