Its applications cover downstream applications such as Silicone Surfactant for High Resilience Polyurethanes Foam, Silicone Surfactant for Flexible Slabstock Foam, Silicone Surfactant for PU Rigid Foam and Silicone Surfactant for OCF Foam.

1.Purative Silicone Surfactant for High Resilience Polyurethanes Foam 

Purative Silicone Surfactant for High Resilience Polyurethanes Foam are mainly used in automobiles, toys and other high rebound molding related products. Purative H-962 and purative H-963 with low odor and low aldehyde content can effectively meet the needs of the automotive industry and help urban health and safety travel services. 


2.Purative Silicone Surfactant for Flexible Slabstock Foam

Purative Silicone Surfactant for Flexible Slabstock Foam are mainly used in sofa, mattress, pillow and other household sponge products to provide them with good foam stability, bubble regularity and permeability. Purative F-5570 can be used for medium density upholstered furniture sponges with excellent open hole permeability and ultra-high cost performance. Purative F-500A is famous for its outstanding pore fineness, high permeability and ultra-thin top skin. It can be used for medium and high-density upholstered furniture sponges. 


3.Purative Silicone Surfactant for PU Rigid Foam 

Purative  Silicone Surfactant for PU Rigid Foam are mainly used in polyurethane insulation refrigerators, polyurethane insulation plates, polyurethane pipe spraying and other sub fields. Purative R-307 is a universal rigid foam homogenizer, which can be used in a full range of foaming agent systems. Purative R-303 is a highly cost-effective ultra-fine porous pentane system rigid silicone oil, which can be used in commercial freezers, cold storages, insulation boards and other fields. Purative R-3015 and Purative R-368 can be used in the fields of high-end refrigerators and household appliances. Its excellent compatibility between epidermis and pentane can provide good process parameters for refrigerators. 


4.Purative Silicone Surfactant for OCF Foam 

Purative O-547 is a kind of Silicone Surfactant OCF Foam specially designed and developed. Its excellent emulsifying performance can provide good cell fineness and foam elongation, while ensuring the dimensional stability of foam.
