Jiahua-Silyersin® Silane modified polyurethane

1. Silane modified polyurethane-Silyersin®SY1070

Silyersin®SY1070 is a silylated polyurethane resin suitable to produce one component moisture curable sealants and adhesives. Silyersin®SY1070 is an excellent matrix resin for producing medium modulus sealants and adhesives in industrial and transportation applications where tensile strength is required. Its advantages include a wide range of formulations and adaptation, strong adhesion to a variety of surfaces, excellent chemical resistance and weather resistance, excellent elastic recovery, long shelf life, etc. Silyersin®SY1070 resin does not contain plasticizer and has relatively low viscosity, it can be used in door and window edge sealing, door and window waterproof sealing, kitchen and bathroom mildew proof and waterproof sealing, floor sealing, high transparent glass sealing and other construction fields and bus seam sealing, rail transit seam sealing, tricycle weld sealing and other industrial sealing. 

2.Silane modified polyurethane-SilyersinSY®1160 

SilyersinSY®1160 does not contain plasticizer and has relatively low viscosity, which can be used in indoor nail free, ceramic tile laying and other construction fields, elevator cab bonding, container waterproof sealing, all kinds of transportation carrier interior bonding, home appliance sealing and other industrial fields.

3.Silane modified polyurethane-Silyersin®SY1175

Silyersin®SY1175 is a polyether-based silane terminated polymer suitable as a binder in moisture curing formulations. It uses dimethoxy(methyl)silyl methylcarbamate group to modify the polymer, the product has high reactivity. It does not use heavy metal ions for catalytic hydrolysis, and it forms a stable organosilicon cross-linked network. Its advantages include a wide range of formulations, strong adhesion to a variety of surfaces, high strength, high ductility, long shelf life and so on. Silyersin®SY1175 does not contain plasticizer and has relatively low viscosity, which can be used in ceramic tile sewing, kitchen and toilet edge sealing and other construction fields, electronic structure bonding, component spraying protection and other industrial fields.

4.Silane modified polyurethane-Silyersin®SY3150 

Silyersin®SY3150 is a Silyl-Terminated Polyether suitable as a binder in moisture curing formulations. It uses methyldimethoxysilane functional group to modify the polymer, the product has high reactivity. Silyersin®SY3150 has excellent durability, heat resistance and storage stability. It has the advantages of wide range of adaptation, thermal stability, strong adhesion to a variety of surfaces, long shelf life and low viscosity. Silyersin®SY3150 does not contain plasticizer and has relatively low viscosity, which can be used in indoor nail free, ceramic tile laying and other construction fields, elevator cab bonding, container waterproof sealing, all kinds of transportation carrier interior bonding, home appliance sealing and other industrial fields.

5.Silane modified polyurethane-Silyersin®SY1035 

Silyersin®SY1035 is a silylated polyurethane resin suitable to produce one component moisture curable sealants and adhesives. Its advantages include a wide range of formulations and adaptation, strong adhesion to a variety of surfaces, excellent chemical resistance and weather resistance, excellent elastic recovery, long shelf life, etc. Silyersin®SY1035 does not contain plasticizer and has a relatively low viscosity, it can be used as matrix resin to produce low modulus sealant and adhesive, used in high elastic recovery requirements of prefabricated PC joints, road caulking repair, building caulking repair, high transparent glass seals and other construction fields and high displacement demand industrial seals.
