1.Tripropylene glycol diacrylate (TPGDA)

Bifunctional active diluent, with branched alkyl polyether as the main chain, can initiate polymerization with free radicals, and has the characteristics of low viscosity, strong dilution ability and good hydrophobicity. Widely used in UV and electron beam curing coatings and inks, it can provide good flexibility, water resistance and fast curing speed.


2.Dipropylene glycol diacrylate (DPGDA)

Bifunctional reactive diluent, free radical can initiate polymerization, with low viscosity, strong dilution ability and low color. Applied to UV / electron beam curing inks and coatings, it can improve adhesion, flexibility and water resistance. Such as wood paint, soft or hard plastic paint and ink.


3.Hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA)

Bifunctional reactive diluent, which can initiate polymerization with free radicals, has the characteristics of very low viscosity, low color and strong dilution ability. Applied to UV / electron beam curing inks and coatings, it can improve elasticity, weather resistance, curing speed and adhesion. Such as plastic, metal, glass substrate coating and ink, outdoor coating and ink.


4.Trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA)

Trifunctional group active diluent, free radical can initiate polymerization, with low viscosity and low color. It can be widely used in UV and electron beam curing coatings and inks, which can improve the curing speed, crosslinking density, hardness, and have good solvent resistance and scratch resistance. Such as varnish, paint, ink, traffic marking paint, rubber crosslinking, etc.


5.Ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate (EO3-TMPTA)

Three functional group active diluent, free radical can initiate polymerization, with low viscosity, low volatility, high functionality and strong dilution ability. In the conventional trifunctional monomer, the diluting ability of the resin is the strongest and the curing speed is fast. Applied to UV / electron beam curing inks and coatings, it can improve curing speed, adhesion, flexibility, scratch resistance, hardness and gloss. Such as varnish, ink, coating, electronic industry photoresist, etc.


6.Propoxylated glycerol triacrylate (GPTA)

Three functional group active diluent, free radical can initiate polymerization, with low viscosity, low color, low irritation and high functionality. Applied to UV / electron beam curing inks and coatings, it can improve flexibility, curing speed, hardness and gloss, and is applicable to a wide range of substrates. Such as plastic / paper offset printing ink.
