Product introduction:

1. Pretreatment

As the first process of the dyeing and finishing process, the pretreatment process depends on the rated temperature, pressure and working fluid to swell the fiber and peel off impurities. Among them, the surfactant produced by Jiahua mainly plays the role of cleaning and dispersing fabric impurities in the pretreatment process, and assisting the working fluid to penetrate into the fabric fiber.

2. Finishing

In the finishing stage, the fabric is mainly endowed with soft, smooth, hydrophilic, anti shrinking, antistatic and other characteristics. The non-ionic surfactant is mainly used as the emulsifier of silicone oil and wax lotion to give the fabric various properties

Performance requirements: emulsification, low foam, temperature resistance, lotion stability and permeability
