Mannich polyether polyol

Product features:

A new type of flame retardant Mannich polyether polyol with chemical optimization was mixed with polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate after adding additives. The rigid polyurethane spray foam was prepared with full water and water/HCFC-141b as foaming agents respectively and compared. The results show that compared with ordinary polyethers, the new Mannich polyether has the advantages of high activity, shortening the emulsification time by more than half at most, and effectively reducing the amount of catalyst. In addition, it can significantly improve flame retardancy, the oxygen index can reach 32, and the compression strength of foam can be increased by more than 60%.

The demand for refrigerators, freezers and cold chain containers will also continue to increase. The main demand for fresh-keeping storage is hard foam polyurethane filled insulation materials, because such materials not only have low thermal conductivity, but also have uniform density, and are the preferred materials for cold chain transportation and storage.

At present, the mainstream production process in the industry is mold casting. In order to improve production efficiency, the faster the demoulding time, the shorter the production cycle. Due to the large volume of cold chain containers, in addition to the requirements for demoulding time, there are also requirements for good liquidity. Therefore, a series of polyethers with good compatibility with pentane, which can speed up the aging of foam while taking into account the liquidity, came into being.

OTDA polyether can be said to perfectly match various requirements of cold chain insulation, and optimize Puranol ® TD series of polyethers are hard foam polyethers with OTDA as the starting agent. The product properties are very consistent with the requirements of cold chain insulation materials.

Product Features - TCP:

Due to the presence of both phosphorus and chlorine elements in the molecule, the flame retardancy is remarkable. At the same time, it also has the functions of plasticizing, moisture-proof and anti-static. Tri (2-chloropropyl) phosphate is used for flame retardancy of PVC, polystyrene, phenolic resin, rubber and coatings. In the application of hard foam, the formula can meet the most basic fire protection standards, such as DIN 4102 (B1/B2), EN 13823 (SBI, B), GB/T 8626-88 (B1/B2), and ASTM E84-00. In the application of soft foam, it can meet the BS 5852 crib 5 standard when combined with melamine. It is usually used together with antimony trichloride to improve the flame retardant efficiency of antimony trichloride.
